Biography

My name is reason lahalla. I was born in June of 1979, and grew up in Boston, MA. I started making music young on a 4 track and a beat up guitar and massively dysfunctional sampler. Good times. After graduating high school and saving my money, I began to purchase as much gear as I could and learn the skill of producing. Over the past 10 years of working in the music industry, I’ve been lucky enough to have held positions as a producer, assistant producer, mixing engineer, remix artist, sound designer, manager, and DJ.

I currently work as a full-time producer, mixing engineer, remix artist, and I still manage and book a number of groups and individual artists around the Boston area. I also do sound design for quite a few companies who develop hardware and VSTi instruments, as well as create custom loop and sample libraries.
