Filterscape Propack 1.5 is ready for download. I’ve redesigned a large number of the sounds to be a bit more flexible, and I’ve also adjusted the gain on most of them to be a little quieter. Why quieter, you ask? Well I just grabbed a can of worms, so let’s have a look inside, hmm?
See, for all you people who just download the nearest warez and start throwing loops together in your L337 copy of teh shiznit FL studioz, reducing the volume of anything is just sheer heresy. I mean, how would you get those brickwall blocks of audio if you drop the volume?!?!? Eh… Warez kiddies are weak. Listen, take the lollipop out of your mouth for a second and use the freaking volume faders. Don’t you think they’d be hardwired to 0db if it was supposed to constantly stay at 0db? Well, there’s also the type of kids who think that red means go, and if you stuck them all on a island filled with traffic lights they’d all be dead in a few minutes. Anyways….
